Copiers for Education

CBT provides copiers to several charter schools for printing documents for both the administrative staff and individual teachers. One school started with one copier and over the course of ten years, that number has grown to seven copiers. We can help with your new education startup and make it very easy to add additional equipment as you grow.

In environments where you have many teachers using one or more copiers, many schools will take advantage of the “Job Accounting” feature of the copiers. This allows administration to track the activity on a copier to see who is using it. Also, you could allocate how many copies each individual user is allowed within a specific time period. These features allow schools to monitor and control their copying and printing costs.
